I recently made a few toddler outfits for a silent auction fundraiser at our church.
These elastic wiastband skirts are so versatile, and the colored elastic gives it some great style. The matching headbands are too adorable with that big bow and twisted rosette. I had so much fun making these and several requests for more, so I have ordered several more waistband colors and fabrics.
